 WEIGHT ROOM The gym is divided into three areas: cardio-fitness, isotonic, floor exercises. Area specially equipped for extreme analytical muscle training. Our trainers (ISEF certified) are able to develop protocols to recover muscular fitness.
OUR POOL
Eden has four pools, all with facilitated access (without vertical metal ladders but rather with gradual rehabilitation-type steps into the pool with hand rails).
A training pool (20 m long and 7 m wide) with a constant depth of 1.15 m. Temperature set to 31 °C in the morning and 29°C in the evening.
An absolute first for the Centre: salt water in the pools and dead sea salt in the vascular circuit:
This has a purifying, detoxing action;
It increases the delivery of oxygen to the cells and remineralises the skin, making it luminous and vital, and much softer;
It reduces and in some cases eliminates skin irritations;
It has draining properties which help to fight cellulite and water retention, making the tissue more tonic and compact;

It increases the effectiveness of beauty treatments which act on the micro-circulation;

BEAUTY CENTRE
After some hard training, why not treat yourself to a moment of pure wellbeing?! At EDEN, 150 square metres of gallery area overlooking the pool are dedicated to relax and energy recovery; the Centre has 5 cabins: 2 for vibration machines and ultrasound for localised slimming and 3 for massages and other treatments. Hot dry (sauna) and hot humid (Turkish bath) areas, nebulised water sprays, and a relaxation area to allow you to regenerate your body effectively and wipe away the stress of the day. We work continuously in this area to constantly assure the highest levels of hygiene.
